* Entrants must be citizens of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) and 21 years old or older.

* Entries must be received by April 5th, 2023 .
 
* Include only one photo of your pet.
 
* Pet psychic reading prize expiration date is August 30th, 2023.
 
* Winner will be chosen by random pick among contest entries.
 
* Prize can not be redeemed for cash or transferred to another person.

*Prize does not include lost pet consultation.

* Entries generated by robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process will be disqualified.

ELIGIBILITY: The Pet Psychic Photo Contest (the "Contest") is open and offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico), who are 21 years of age or older Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. By participating, Entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Hilary Renaissance, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest.

1. ENTRY PERIOD: The Contest begins at 9 AM Pacific time April 5th, 2023 and ends at 11 pm Pacific time on August 30th, 2023 .

2. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Contest, eligible Entrants must (1) send email entry; and (2) Attach one photograph of their pet. No “Photoshopped” or altered photographs allowed.

   LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER EMAIL ADDRESS AND PER FAMILY .  Email must conform to the Email Guidelines defined below. Hilary Renaissance, in her sole discretion, may disqualify an Entrant from the Contest if it believes that the email fails to conform to the email guidelines.

   Entrant represents that his or her entry conform to all entry requirements and acknowledges that Hilary Renaissance may, at her sole discretion, disqualify him or her from the Contest. If Hilary Renaissance decides that entry fails to conform to the entry requirements or any other provision of these Official Rules. Proof of submitting an entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Hilary Renaissance. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email accounts or any other methods will void all of that Entrant's entries and that Entrant will be disqualified. Any form of entry not stated in these Official Rules is void. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification in Hilary Renaissance's sole discretion. All materials submitted become the sole property of Hilary Renaissance and will not be returned.

   • Email must be in English, except for commonly understood foreign words;

     .Must not contain material that violates or infringes another's rights, including, but not limited to, privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;

   • Must not include any persons other than Entrant;

   • Must not disparage Sponsor, Administrator or any other person or party affiliated with the promotion and administration of this Contest;

   • Must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, lewd, pornographic, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous (as determined by Hilary Renaissance at her sole discretion);

   • Must not contain, facilitate, reference or use material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, political orientation, citizenship, ancestry, marital status or age (as determined by Sponsor at Sponsor's sole discretion);

   • Must not contain any viruses, spyware, malware or other malicious components that are designed to harm the functionality of a computer in any way; and

   • Must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where entry is created.

   • Must not include spam, automated contest entries, viruses or computer bugs.

   • Entries generated by robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process will be disqualified.

3. DRAWING: 1 winner and 2 alternate potential prize winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about April 5th, 2023, from among all eligible Entries received during the Contest period. Hilary Renaissance, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest, will conduct the drawing. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

4. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by Hilary Renaissance on or about April 5th, 2023. Potential winners will be required to respond to the email message within ten (10) calendar days of attempted notification and provide their first and last names and daytime phone number. If the winner does not respond by email within ten (10) calendar days of delivery of the email, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. In the event a potential winner does not respond to the email in a timely manner, or accept the prize, or if the prize notification, direct message or prize is not deliverable, or the potential winner is ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, at the Hilary Renaissance's sole discretion, time permitting. Three (3) attempts will be made to award each prize. If after three (3) attempts, the prize goes un-awarded and the Hilary Renaissance will not award the prize. Hilary Renaissance is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify a winner.

5. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"):

   One prize will be awarded. Prize is a one hour pet psychic consultation with Pet Psychic Hilary Renaissance. One hour consultation is for one pet. Prize does not include lost pet consultation.

   Approximate Retail Value of all prizes combined: $105.

   Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, or redeem prize for cash. Prize consists of only the item specifically listed. Prize is subject to Hilary Renaissance's terms and conditions. Prize will not be fulfilled outside of the 50 United States or District of Columbia. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, insurance, expenses not set forth herein and other expenses which may be required for the enjoyment and use of the respective prize.

6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Entrants agree (a) that Hilary Renaissance and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, any companies who are promotional participants or prize providers, and Web masters and Web suppliers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, "Released Parties"), will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in this Contest or any Contest related activity, or for any printing, production, technical, typographical, human, or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Hilary Renaissance and Released Parties are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, destroyed, inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, unintelligible, non-delivered, misdirected, stolen entries; or for incomplete, inaccurate, lost, interrupted or unavailable network, satellite, telephone networks or lines, cellular towers or equipment (including handsets), computer online systems, computer equipment, software, viruses or bugs, servers or providers, or other connections, availability or accessibility; or for unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; or miscommunications, failed computer, telephone, cellular, satellite, or cable transmissions, lines or other technical failure; or for jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or for any other errors of any kind, whether human, technical, mechanical, electronic or network, including, without limitation, any errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest or in Contest-related materials; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Contest, as solely determined by Hilary Renaissance, will be disqualified (and all associated entries will be void), and Sponsor reserves the right to terminate such Entrant's eligibility to participate in this or any other promotion offered by Hilary Renaissance. Entries generated by robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process will be disqualified. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Contest. Should any portion of the Contest be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Contest, and select winner for the drawing from all non-suspect, eligible entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Without limiting the release provided above, and for greater certainty, Released Parties will not be liable for (a) any incomplete or inaccurate information, whether caused by wireless device users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries; (b) the theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (c) any problems with or technical malfunctions of telephone networks or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, viruses or bugs; (d) any failure of any message to be received by or from Sponsor for any reason including but not limited to traffic congestion on the Internet or wireless waves or at any Web site or combination thereof; or (e) damage to a participant's or other person's system or equipment occasioned by participation in this Contest. Should multiple users of the same email account enter the Contest and a dispute thereafter arise regarding the identity of the Entrant, the authorized account holder of said email account at the time of entry will be considered the Entrant. "Authorized account holder" of an email account is defined as the natural person who is assigned an account by email account provider company or other organization which is responsible for assigning email accounts or the domain associated with the submitted email account.

   IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF PET PSYCHIC SERVICES EMAILING, DOWNLOADING OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM WWW.CALMPET.COM OR WWW.PETPSYCHICFINDSLOSTPETS.COM, OR ANY OTHER WEB SITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CONTEST.  WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON WWW.CALMPET.COM AND WWW.PETPSYCHICFINDSLOSTPETS.COM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. 7. GOVERNING LAW: Except where prohibited by law, all issues concerning the construction, validity and enforcement of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Contest sponsor Hilary Renaissance shall be construed and governed by the laws of the state of Washington, without regard to conflicts of law. All suits or claims brought in connection with this Contest must be brought in a state or federal court in the state of Washington.
